Singer and actress Miley Cyrus, 18, just purchased her first home as an adult in Studio City, California -- for a reported $4 million dollars.

Miley previously lived in a $3.4 million home just a few miles from her parents in Toluca Lake. Her grown up house is perfect for parties because it has room to park 10 cars!

The 5,173 square-foot house, which Miley bought for $3.9 million, has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The listing described it as "the perfect celebrity hideaway."
