Kellan Lutz RENTS a House in Venice Beach

Kellan Lutz, the actor from the Twlight movies is heading to Venice beach, where he's renting a new house.

The home is 2,400 square feet, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The actor is renting it for $7,250 a month.

The house includes a 10-speaker sound system and flat-screen TVs. There's no swimming pool, but Kellan can always go to Venice Beach which is blocks away.
