Alec Baldwin is considering about running for mayor of New York City.
The 53-year-old actor told The New York Times he's been in touch with universities to enroll in a master's program about politics and government. Baldwin says a 2013 run wouldn't be possible because of his 30 Rock schedule, but he is thinking ahead.
Alec is a long time New Yorker and has been a political activist for years.
