Looks like things are heating up between Paris Hilton and Hangover II director Todd Phillips. The new couple dined at Madeo in West Hollywood together. On the way out of the restaurant, Paris certainly had the look of love. Who knows, maybe we'll be seeing the heiress in Hangover III.
